We are a team of former coaches, analysts, and competitive athletes who got tired of watching great preparation fall apart in the final five minutes. One Chance was built in the gap between the plan on paper and the pressure of the actual moment — because most competitions aren't lost to a lack of skill, they're lost to a lack of clarity when it matters most.
Our mission is simple: give every coach and athlete a calm, organized place to think before they have to perform. Competition doesn't wait for you to figure things out live, so we built a workspace that forces the hard thinking — the "what if this happens" thinking — to happen in advance, not in the heat of the moment.

One Chance was designed around a simple principle: your competition strategy is yours alone, and it never has to leave your device.
Everything below describes what we do — and, deliberately, almost everything we don't.
Information We Collect
We don't collect any personal or usage information. There are no accounts to create, no names, email addresses, or contact details requested by the app, and no location or device tracking of any kind. The scenarios, tactical plans, preparation notes, and action protocols you write stay exactly where you typed them — on your device.
How We Use Information
Because nothing is collected, nothing is used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. Every feature — building a scenario, drafting a tactical plan, checking off a preparation step, running through an action protocol — is computed and displayed entirely on your device, with no data ever sent to us for processing.
Data Storage
All content you create is stored locally on your device only. There is no cloud sync, no remote database, and no server-side copy of your work. If your device doesn't have it, we don't have it either.
Third-Party Services
One Chance does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or embedded SDKs of any kind. Nothing you do inside the app is shared with, or visible to, any outside service.
Data Security
Since your information never leaves your device, there's no transmission to intercept and no external server to secure or breach. Your device's own security (passcode, biometric lock, encryption) is what protects your data, and we recommend keeping those protections enabled.
Children's Privacy
One Chance does not knowingly or unknowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data collection occurs for any user, the app is compliant with COPPA by design.
Your Control
You are always in full control of your data. Everything you've entered — every scenario, plan, technique, and protocol — can be permanently removed simply by deleting the app, since nothing is backed up externally and no account exists to close.
Changes to This Policy
We may occasionally update this policy to reflect new features or clarify our practices. Any change will be reflected in a new Effective Date at the top of this page.
